Location, technical and source data can only tell you what your users are doing and how they are interacting with your site, to truly understand why you need to find out what they are thinking. To acheave this we have integrated visitor feedback surveys directly into Degaa Analytics.

Easy configuration and deployment

Within a few minutes you can start asking your visitors direct questions about their experiences, thoughts and desires while using your website.

How do they rate their experience?

Within days you will be able to answer previously unknown questions like ‘How do my visitors rate my site?’, ‘What are my visitors trying to accomplish’ and ‘What area of my site should I improve first’.

Define custom questions

You can customize your surveys as you wish. As well as the three standard questions you can ask as many of your own custom questions as you like. This knowledge is invaluable when deciding where to concentrate your efforts.

We also allow your visitors to enter text comments into the survey results giving them the opportunity to expand on the feedback already given and provide you with an email address for following up.

Key system wide metrics

This information is then incorporated into each and every report in the system allowing you to see at a glance how users in different locations and using different browsers feel about your system, giving you instant access to actionable data on where you should concentrate your efforts.

Visitor targeting

Degaa allows you send your survey invites to all visitors by default but you can also supply any number of match criterion using our powerful segmentation engine. You can then, for example send survey invites only to users from certain countries, using certain browsers or those that perform certain actions on your site, it's entirely up to you. And because Degaa allows you to define multiple surveys you can ask a different user groups different sets of questions depending on their specific metrics.

Filter and segmentation

Degaa Analytics not only allows to you answer these questions for your entire visitor history but you can, of course, filter the results based on any segment used elsewhere in the system and as expected you can use any (or the) response given by a user as a filter in any other views.
