Over 50 Reports

As well as all the other features listed, Degaa Analytics has over 50 individual reports giving you all the information you need to observe, track and improve your key metrics including the following sections:

Traffic Summary

View detailed statistical data for your site by hour, day, week or month. Our easy to use reports allow you to manipulate and view the data to report on the site activity that you desire. Our simple Traffic Summaries supply average statistics for any time period so you can track site usage down to the minute. View in graphical format, how long visitors spend on your site, the number of pages/events loaded, the number of times they have visited before and the number of days between visits.

Visitor Loyalty

Loyalty data can gives you an important glimpse into the mind of your visitors and allows you to understand the purchase process for your product or service. For example, understanding that most of your visitors visit your site an average of 4 times before making a purchase and spend an average of 10 minutes per visit tells you that your visitors are not making rash decisions and are researching as much as possible before making their purchase. You can use this information to better understand your potential and actual clients to better focus your website and marketing efforts.

Degaa Analytics gives you not only length of visit (the time users spent on your site) but also depth of visit (page views / events per visit), visitor loyalty (number of visits) and visitor regency (time since last visit), Days to Convert and Visits to Convert.

As always all of this data can be segmented and/or be used for segmentation in other reports

Use our comprehensive Top Content reports to view and analyze data on your sites most popular pages, downloads and entry and exit pages. Use the resulting statistics to make improvements to your site's content, structure and functionality to deliver the optimal web experience that will keep your target audience informed, engaged and entertained.

Tracking Sources

Our traffic sources section allows the client to drill down from various levels to lower level stats, for example we can start at a search engine like Google, then drill down to the country specific Google site and then down to the keywords sent by that site. Similar logic also applies to referrer sites. We also have 2 other repots showing the top search terms and top search keywords used to find the site.

Site Content

Analysing how visitors interact with your content is an essential part of your monitoring and improvement activities. Degaa Analytics allows you to see not only the most popular pages but also the top entry and exit pages as well as exit links and downloads to give you the full picture of how your content is consumed by your visitors.

Technical Data

Performance bottlenecks can often be attributed to browser or technical incompatibilities within your website and checking your sites performance against not only browsers and operating systems but also display colours, JavaScript capabilities and cookie support can help you pinpoint the exact area you need to concentrate on.

Degaa Analytics gives you detailed reports for Operating Systems, Browsers, Display Colours, Resolutions, System Platforms, Java, JavaScript and Flash versions as well as if cookies are enabled.

Location Data

Location data can often be a key factor in analysing your conversion rates and give you a better understanding of your visitor’s needs. For instance, a quick glance at the language report can quickly show you that 30% of your visitors speak German but as you do not have any German translations on your site the conversion rate for that segment is falling way below par. A simple translation service could help increase your conversions dramatically.

The same is true for country data, a quick look at the Country / Regions / Cities report can quickly show you that a high percentage of your traffic comes from a location that has little chance of converting as your product or service does not apply to them. This can go a long way to explain your figures and helps you answer the important ‘why’ questions.
