How does it work?

Installation and setup is very easy, just copy and paste the installation script onto your website’s master page or use our WordPress and Joomla! Plugins for code-less integration into these well-known content management systems. Once the code is installed you will start seeing your visitor data building up in your account.

To activate the voice of customer surveys simply click on the surveys icon in the application. From here you can choose the look and feel of your survey invitations and upload an a logo that will be displayed both with your invitation and your survey.

You can then create a new survey entering a name for the survey, the invitation rate (the percentage of your visitors that are invited to take part in the survey) as well as entering your default ‘Purpose of Visit’ entries. Users can add their own values but you will need to give them a start by suggesting various tasks that your site hopes to achieve.

Once complete you can either save your survey (thereby activating it) or add any additional questions or conditions. Survey conditions can be used to ask invite different visitor groups to use different surveys such as visitors from the USA, using Google or who speak Spanish. The conditions are linked to our powerful segmentation engine so you can set conditions using any dimension or metric we have.

Additional questions can be used to ask specific questions relating to your service or industry. You can apply conditions to these questions so that they are only shown in response to a specific user answer in a previous question.
